Well I'd be happy to have a BBQ, but you'd have to come to London, Canada. haha. I don't think any of you are anywhere close.

As for ScriptLance's age, I think it opened on March 16 or 17, 2001. Archive.org logs for SL only go back as far as Apr 19, 2001. But an archive.org log of smartcgis.com (see here (http://web.archive.org/web/20010331140408/http://smartcgis.com/)) shows this news posting on March 17:

I'm finally done working on my new project, ScriptLance.com, a service to find programmers for any script you need. So check it out (http://web.archive.org/web/20010331140408/http://www.scriptlance.com/r.cgi?p_scriptlance)! I will be working on a Smart CGIs script again now.

Thanks for reminding me of this. 5 years really is something to celebrate, isn't it? hmmm... Maybe to mark the 5th anniversary I'll offer some deals on SL before the end of this year.

Canada? Cool...I heard that you guys have optical fibre connections there.
I'm sure that type of technology will reach my country in about 15years. :D

No, we don't. Not for internet connections that is.
I think very few countries actually provide fibre obtic connections, and if they do, it is most likely to be for industrial purposes only.
Do you have a fibre optic connection at your home or office ?
