Here's an "interesting" project, seen them on SL for around 1 month or so:

Is this project legal? It does violate eBay's privacy terms and I assume it involves a little hack of the site or use of a vulnerability. It's a common practice by scammers to contact the victims directly by e-mail and avoiding the site's security measures (eBay's in this case).

Seen those myself way too many now. Seems that either there's a way to harvest those email or hack into eBay's servers to get that info out as i don't think so eBay maintains any such list open to everyone. But, eitherway i think its illegal.
