PNG Import Problem in Flash MX

Hello Guys,
this is a typical problem; if any one can help me in this then this will be g8t;

i am facing a typical problem! importing PNG files into Flash MX;
its shows some windows error and then application close;
i don't know why
but its working fine with my 2 laptop; but in my office its happnes to all my PCs ...

i formatted and reinstall application but it remains!

what is the problem ? can any one let me know ! is there any solution!

Some times it work , and some times it wont!

its should work.. plz check png encoding.. you have just import ctrl + r
