Urgent project cost to programmer

Is the $5 or 2.5% which ever is greater SL charge the same for urgent projects as it is for regular projects that a programmer accepts and completes

Yes its the same for urgent projects and also featured projects, the only time its different is if your a certified programmer/webmaster. Also its not 2.5% its 5%
