I'm making a site relating to soccer and I have all the content and a hosting company but I'm terrible at design from choosing a template to laying out content with pictures. How much would it cost me to hire someone on this website to layout the content and to choose the template.

I would probably bid around $500. It would help to have more information, like how many pages, and if any custom programming is required.
