Does anyone know where I can find a solution for OSC header - I have foreground header image (transparent GIF or PNG) and background image (GIF or JPG - whichever works for this one) and I need this background image to spread to the full width (main foreground header image is prepared for 800px width) in higher resolutions (what's left between from 1280 to 800 for example).

Is it possible in OSCommerce at all?

Maybe You've seen a tutorial or article on it?

Thank You... :)

Is this for a client?

If so, shouldn't you know how to do things prior to accepting the project, not get other people to afterwards?

Just a thought.

Hi Varelse!

I'm not sure, what is the problem here. Just modify "includes/header.php" file, adding the first image as background style to corresponding table cell. The second image stays for logo as in standard template. Have you got some problem doing this?

Yes.

No.
Do you think that all the work is made after the project's won?
I've designed a header, got paid and feedback's written (project was posted AFTER the design was made - to allow payment).
Now client is asking if I can help him with installing the header.
BTW I will NOT earn anything on this helping him.

I never bid on projects without knowing what to do. Check the reviews PRIOR to mis-guessing :p

Thank You Iojam! My client is also (I mean same as me) "green" in OSC area and I wanted to help him with this issue.
I hope he'll be able to install it with Your advise.

Thanks again!!! :D

There's also a quick template plugin for osC available via their website.

You can see it in action here: http://burnswelldrilling.com/catalog/

Like iojam stated just create a table aligned center with a width of 800 and use the 800px gif image to style the the back ground and the png to float overtop as an img.
