Seems that since it's not SL related, thread got a lock :)
You can do a trick that photo selling sites have?
You buy, say, a photo set, you buy a CD with it. And CD is sent to you,
but since they care about customers, they alow you to download the content
of the CD right now :)
I'm not legal expert, but that should count as 'not digitally sent item' so it should be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection?
Any atorney around here? Maybe someone knows somebody who's more into this legal mumbo jumbo?
