The "no robots" thing makes me think that the project is just a way to smoke out the cut and pasters or robot bidders ... You put up a completely ridiculous project , if you get "I've read your project requirements and am ready to begin work! We have done this before . . . $500", you know that the bidder is not really reading the projects and is just clogging the system with automated bids... it is an interesting idea.
